Welcome to spend your holidays to Family
Sorjonen´s villas in Sulkava South Savo.
Sulkava is situated 300 km North-East from
Helsinki and likewise 300 km North-West from St.
Petersburg. Our villas are in the middle of real
landscape. We have also farm producting meat. You
can spend your holidays by relaxing in nature,
picking berries and mushrooms, biking, fishing or
getting to know many interesting places in Sulkava
and nearby.

Tuula-cottage (8+5 beds) has
4 bedrooms: 3 rooms with 2 single beds and one
with a single bed. All beds can be expanded to
double. In the upstairs hall there are also extra
beds for 5 persons. Downstairs there are
kitchen-living room and toilet with a shower.
Another toilet is outdoor. Separate sauna and
barbecue cottages on the flat child-friendly yard.
There are also some yard games in your use. This
is the only of our cottages where pets are

Jukka-cottage (8+6 beds) has
4 bedrooms with 2 single beds (can be expanded to
double). In the upstairs hall there is place to
stay or watch TV. There are extra beds for 6
persons in the hall. Downstairs there is a
kitchen-living room. From the terrace you´ll get
in to the sauna (+dressing room) and toilet.
Another toilet is outdoor. On the yard you can
play different yard games or enjoy of the spacious

Pikkumökki (4+4 beds) is the
most tradional of our cottages. It has one bedroom
and living room with kitchen in the cottage and
sauna with dressing room with separate entrance
from the terrace. In the bedroom there is double
bed and in living room sofa, can be expanded for
two. Behind the cottage there is sleeping granary,
which has 2 rooms with 2 beds in each. This

All our cottages have electric
heating, warm water, shower in sauna (or toilet),
private beach with boat dock and own boat by the
hard-bottomed lake Suuri Otikainen. Tuula- and
Jukka-cottages have also dishwasher and washing
machine. It is possible to rent canoe or electric
outboard motor for rowing boat.
